The logic remains unchanged: Career Development Professionals (CDPs) and Credentialed International Education Counsellors (CIECs) fall under Professional Membership; Career Development Organisations (CDOs) and Credentialed International Education Partners (CIEPs) fall under Organisational Membership; Skill Partner Membership is reserved for certification and training providers.

Skill Partner Membership is the same as the name says. It is designed exclusively for organisations that provide career development certifications, professional training, skill development pathways, or structured education and certification programmes. It is strictly for registered, operational organisations and is not available to individuals.

ICCC (UK) offers a special Lifetime Professional Membership for qualified career counsellors, career coaches, psychologists, and guidance professionals who have completed recognised career counselling or psychometric certification programmes from reputed institutions.
If a training provider or certification institute is well recognised and respected in its region, it may recommend eligible professionals directly to ICCC (UK). The recommendation must be sent from the institution’s official email address by an authorised representative confirming the candidate’s training and certification status.
Key conditions:
- There is no membership fee for approved recommendations.
- Each eligible organisation may recommend up to ten (10) professionals per year.
- All recommendations are subject to verification and final review by ICCC (UK).
Outcome based on training background:
- Professionals with psychometric training receive the Career Development Professional (CDP) Licence with Psychometrics.
- Professionals without psychometric training receive the CDP Licence (Standard Category).
Approved members receive full Lifetime Professional Membership benefits, including profile listing, public visibility, international recognition, and a complete waiver of the £399 membership fee, excluding complimentary ICCC One Test™ access.

Terms: All memberships issued by ICCC (UK) are governed by the terms and conditions of ICCC (UK) and its parent organisation. Eligibility for membership shall be assessed strictly in accordance with the prevailing regulations of ICCC (UK) prior to any formal award or publication. ICCC (UK) reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to withdraw, suspend, disable, terminate, upgrade, or renew any membership in accordance with its organisational regulations and terms of use. Where a new membership or renewal fee is applicable, the applicant or duly authorised representative shall remit such payment only to ICCC (UK), its parent organisation, or an ICCC (UK)-authorised assessment centre, as expressly instructed via official correspondence from membership@iccclub.org. Details of ICCC (UK)-authorised assessment centres are available on the official FAQ page. No applicant shall remit any membership or renewal fee without having first received an official written confirmation of application approval issued by ICCC (UK) via email.
