I am an INSEAD Certified Coach and an ICF Associate Certified Coach ACC, with over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, talent development, leadership advisory, and career development. Throughout my career, I have partnered with students, early-career professionals, mid-career individuals, and senior executives, helping them gain greater clarity about their strengths, aspirations, choices, and future direction. As a Career Counsellor, my passion is helping individuals make informed, confident, and meaningful career decisions. I work with students from Grade 8 onwards to help them discover their interests, personality, values, strengths, and emerging career preferences, enabling them to make well-informed decisions about subject selection, academic streams, higher education, and future careers. I also support university students, fresh graduates, and young professionals as they transition into the world of work, identify career paths aligned with their potential, and build confidence in their professional journey. For experienced professionals and executives, I provide structured career guidance to support career transitions, leadership development, role alignment, and long-term career planning. My approach integrates reflective coaching conversations, evidence-based career and psychometric assessments, structured feedback, and comprehensive reports to help individuals better understand themselves and align their strengths with meaningful career opportunities. I believe that successful and fulfilling careers are built on more than academic qualifications or technical skills. They are shaped by self-awareness, values, motivation, purpose, and a clear understanding of one's unique strengths and aspirations.
