I am an experienced Academic Leader, Curriculum Developer, and Senior Science Teacher with over 20 years of work in education. Throughout my career, I have successfully managed large-scale school activities and developed strong teaching plans, especially in major CBSE-affiliated schools. I have a proven track record of managing education and exam setups for large groups of over 2,000 students. A major part of my career focuses on Primary Science education and teacher training. I am highly skilled at creating training programs for teachers, mentoring staff, and leading workshops for both primary and secondary school levels. I regularly check lesson plans, give helpful feedback, and introduce creative, tech-based teaching methods to improve classroom learning. I always aim to balance high academic standards with care for my students to help them achieve the best results. As a Core Committee Member for School Quality Assessment & Accreditation SGAA, I have helped evaluate and improve school standards to match global quality levels. My professional background is diverse, covering school leadership, exam department management, personalized private tutoring, and ed-tech consulting, where I designed interactive digital chemistry courses for higher classes. I hold a Bachelor of Education B.Ed. and a Master of Science M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry, where I graduated as a University Gold Medalist. I combine my deep scientific knowledge with skills in creating exams, communicating with parents, and managing school projects.
