I am a career development professional with over 23 years of corporate experience in the financial services industry, specializing in operations, sales, leadership, process excellence, talent development, and people management. Throughout my corporate career, I have led diverse teams, mentored employees, supported performance improvement, and contributed to the learning and development of professionals at different stages of their careers. These experiences strengthened my passion for helping individuals identify their strengths and achieve their potential. Motivated by this passion, I transitioned into career counselling and became a Certified Career Counsellor. I founded Career Prism, a career guidance initiative dedicated to empowering students, graduates, and professionals to make informed educational and career decisions. Through scientifically validated psychometric assessments and structured counselling sessions, I help individuals understand their personality, interests, aptitudes, values, and strengths to identify career paths that align with their unique potential.My counselling philosophy is centred on ethical practice, empathy, evidence-based guidance, and lifelong learning. I work closely with students and parents to provide clarity on subject selection, career exploration, higher education options, and long-term career planning.
