ISCHS had established as a behavioural research organization during 90s and started full time training division from past 7 years. DR MADHU started his career as a teacher in 1995 when he was 22 and With over 28 years of experience in areas of Mentoring and in teaching subjects Physics to the Students of classes from VI to MSc., .As a teacher ,HOD,Principal and Director worked in various corporate institutions Produced good no. of ranks in IIT/NEET/EAMCET. In 2022, however, he realized his passion lied with educational guidance and counseling services. This, he quit his job and established APJ ABDUL KALAM CAREER SOLUTIONS. During his career he has conducted workshops on Career Guidance for students in both government-led and private schools and colleges in Andhra Pradesh. In addition, most of his workshops are supplemented with guidance to parents on the topic. Parents are given information on the topic of “How to understand their children and how to help them in selection of right and best career”. Finally, he is an expert in finding out the natural talents of the children through the Scientific Analysis. In terms of counseling, DR MADHU is also an effective Psychological Counselor. He is very good at teaching PHYSICS CONCEPTS and APPLICATIONS and the students he teaches do significantly well when taking various competitive examinations.
