I am an educationist , an Educational Manager , a career counsellor cum career coach and a mom of two amazing kids .I am very passionate about reaching out to children and creating an impact in their lives .With a decade of experience in teaching and undertaking leadership roles in Various institutions across India ,I have imbibed an inherent skill in building strong rapport with children of all age groups ,have an in depth knowledge of skill and capacity building , academic development and designing instruction material. My vision is to reach out to millions of children and empower them to take correct career decisions at the right time of their career path and also reach out to women who may have taken a sabbatical in their careers and are raring to make a mark in the society. Lastly I believe that each person ,each child is unique and if guided correctly can optimize their talents and lead a fulfilling and a life of contentment. My educational qualifications include a Masters in Environmental Science ,Bachelors in Education B.Ed. and a Post Graduate Diploma in Educational Administration along with the certification in Career Counselling from ISCHS.
