am a certified and compassionate counselling psychologist with over eight years of experience providing psychological and emotional support in diverse clinical, organisational, and humanitarian settings. My expertise includes trauma recovery, fertility counselling, child and adolescent therapy, grief work, career counselling and behavioural interventions, all grounded in evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). As a Certified Care Alliance Specialist and a member of both the American Psychological Association (APA)and the member International Federation of Fertility Societies (IFFS) and endorsed member of International Career Counsellor's Club (ICC Club) , I bring a global and culturally sensitive perspective to mental health care. I have served as the sole in-house therapist in various sectors—including fertility, non-profit, and education—where I designed and implemented impactful psychological support services for clients and staff, contributing to improved emotional well-being, treatment outcomes, and organisational resilience.
