I am a dedicated School Counsellor at Springfields School, holding an MBA, B.Ed., and a Post Graduate Diploma in Guidance and Counselling (NCERT), along with a Green Belt Certification in Global Career Counselling from UCLA Extension and University. With over a decade of diverse industry experience spanning education, international trade, marketing, and business communication, I bring a multifaceted perspective to my work. In addition to my role at the school, I am the founder of YourSmartPlanners.com, an online platform dedicated to career coaching and guidance. Through this platform, I offer personalised career planning, aptitude assessments, and one-on-one coaching, empowering students and professionals to make informed decisions and achieve their aspirations.
