Subroto Mukherjee is the CEO of Moulting Caterpillar LLP, a boutique Coaching firm. He is empaneled by Randstad Risesmart /uExcelerate/ GoDunkit as a Career & Executive Coach. Subroto is a submariner and has served for 24 years in the Indian Navy, where apart from the Command of two warships, he has served onboard several other ships and submarines. He was the Chief Instructor at the Indian Navy's premier Officers' Training Institution, the Naval Academy, as also liaison officer to the Prime Minister. Post his stint in the Navy, he has served for 15 years in the Corporate world in various Senior and CXO roles, across Industries. Subroto is dual certified by Marshall Goldsmith as MGSCC & MGLOF and he is certified by ACC -ICF. He is also a Grow More & Neptune Excellence Coach.
