Any licensing, certification issuance or partnership activities undertaken by an accredited CDP member in relation to their own certified partners are conducted entirely under the independent authority, control and legal responsibility of that accredited CDP member. All data protection compliance, privacy obligations, due diligence procedures, statutory filings, regulatory adherence and contractual responsibilities arising from such activities rest exclusively with the relevant CDP partner and the applicable end user. ICCC (UK) acts solely as a recognition and directory-listing body and shall not be construed as providing endorsement, warranty, representation, guarantee or assurance of any kind, whether express or implied, in respect of the information published or the services delivered by listed entities. ICCC (UK) expressly disclaims all liability for any loss, damage, claim, dispute, regulatory action, data breach, misrepresentation, negligence or consequential impact arising directly or indirectly from reliance upon the information contained herein or from any engagement with the listed parties. ICCC (UK) reserves the absolute and unilateral right, without prior notice, to amend, suspend, restrict, remove or revoke any listing or membership in cases of falsification, misconduct, breach of applicable law, regulatory non-compliance or violation of ICCC (UK) standards, and expired memberships may be removed from public visibility at its discretion.
